THE TECHNOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION OF ORDU OIL FOUNDATIONS

            Except the production foundations of administrative unit, have been built on 101 dunam field that belongs to the company.6 of them are  basic,7 of them are helping unit.Totally consists of 12 units.

            THE BASIC UNITS

1-UNREFINED UNIT

A)SILO-OPERATION UNIT

            As a unit,it is the acceptation department of coming unrefined unit.According to the sort of

unrefined unit (gazel-nut,soya,sunflower,corn,etc.)distinguish from the foreign substances ,which can be in it,and drying,handling and bringing the unrefined to the wetness of the foundation,seperating its peel and giving the foundation are made in this unit.In this unit;13 unrefined silos which has 20000 tons storage capasity and 3 ground depot.

B)PRESS UNIT

            The raw material, which prepares in the operating unit,comes to the dampening pans after breaking up in the breakers.Here ,after dampening at  80-100 degrees centigrates it has been given to

  the presses. Raw oil which leaves from the raw material that passes from the presses,stockpiles in the raw oil silos tottering after filtering niagara filters. Keyk, which is leaving from the filters and covering some oil,is broken in the brokers .In here it becomes scaling then it sends to the extraction unit.

C)EXTRACTION UNIT

            The fatty bagasse's oil  is taken in the form of scale that covers some oil and comes from the press unity,.It is washed in the extractor with solvent.While the operation of taking oil in the press unit is mechanical,in the extraction unit is chemical.The misella which is  the mixture of hexane -oil  completely distillated and the hexane is brough in the system again and is given to the cycle.The hexane which is in the bagasse,is completely parsed that passed from toaster.The baggase is stored in the silos.The oil and the baggase don't cover hexane or any chemicals.Raw oil is stored in raw oil silos.The baggase,however,is a spin off product  and it sells as a raw material of  feed.In our factory it is found 14 raw oil silo which have   approximately totally 8000 tones storing capasity,and 11  baggase silos which have 650 tones storing capasity.
